Coda's contribution to our move!

On our way to the Back to School Fashion show! Thanks to Jen who talked Cade into modeling for green gumballs! 
This was the weekend before school started and dad was doing"mad"tricks on the scooter. (mad tricks = hopping the hose) Notice the two little boys in the background entertaining themselves while Dad is in the "zone"
THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL

He looked so big marching up to the school! We had attended Open House the week before and got to meet his teacher Ms. Zurita and take a look at his classroom. He was so excited! He woke up at 5 and wanted us all to get ready! When we finally did get to school the streets were chaos! Cade and I jumped out of the car and ran towards the school while dad was stuck in traffic. There was a huge line to get into the room so we waited and out of the blue Dad and Coda ran up to us! They were finally able to park across the street at Walmart! Cade was so glad! We went in the room got our kisses and he informed us we could leave. And just so everyone knows No, I didn't cry as we left. Kyle and I both saved that for after we got in the car.
When Cade got home I asked him what the best part of his day was and this is what he said, "Mom, they have the most awesome cafeteria! There is a sticker machine, soda machine, a snack machine and even a stage! I can't wait for lunch time!" LOL He also wanted to buy his lunch but was very convinced we did not need to pay, that all he needed to do was say "hot lunch" and they make it for him.
This is who missed Cade the most, for the first few weeks he would crawl around yelling "Ade, Ade eres he?" As soon as Cade gets home Coda crawls all over him and kisses him. And I think Cade misses him too. He just sits and rubs Coda's head.
In order to celebrate the first day of school we made Magic Monkey Bananas (From a book called "No More Cookies") or chocolate dipped bananas. Cade sprinkled them all some had dinosaur sprinkles and some had the little balls, but some how he ended up with chocolate on his nose and chin. Go figure!
The second day of school and his first "color " day.They learned the R-E-D song.
Day number 3 and his video game shirt. The only shirt he picked out all on his own! (Not my favorite lol)
Day 4 Blue Day. He didn't want to stop and pose so I took pictures all the way to the car. Isn't he handsome?!
Day 5 Friday. Cade loved his first week of school! And other then a mysterious lunch charge things could not have run any better!
As a reward for having such a great week Cade earned his first Game Night. Coda's not playing he just pretends!

We had a lot of fun hanging out with everyone and wish Bobby and Janell the best! Sorry I forgot my darn camera!
What was worn the second week!
Coda is the funniest baby, here he is chilling while having some lunch. The leg is always "out" hanging out the bars on the crib on top of the tray on the stroller - Always just comfy!
Cooking time! Something tells me that kitchen isn't up to OSHA standards.
What has these two crackin up? Inflatable..yup just the word inflatable! Hexagon works sometimes too! Crazy brothers!

wow... that was a catch up. so many great pictures. and i love the mysterious lunch charge. grace had one too her first week of kindergarten! :)

too funny about the lunch charge. was it at least for something good? like the chalupa?
(i remember spending hours in your mom and dad's room sitting just like that playing paperboy.)
